Warranty Details
We offer 1 year warranty for defective craftsmanship of the product or its components.
Just like many products such as car tyres, headphones, underpants, general wear and tear or physical damage from general use are not covered by our limited warranty. If a baggage handler decides to destroy your case on the first or one thousandth journey, due to the nature of this product we cannot accept liability no matter the misfortune.
However we will endeavour to look after any customer unhappy with any issue that arises during the usage of our product on a case by case basis and usually we try to offer full support to customers to get their case functioning properly again or offer support on a new model.
We keep spares of many of the parts of our cases that are relatively easy to replace however some core elements of our products cannot be repaired or replaced with parts alone and may need deeper DIY skills to repair. We endeavour to help all customers to keep their cases in working condition whenever possible as our commitment to the community that we are in, however we reserve the right to decline unreasonable demands that are not within the liability of general luggage and case warranty companies.
