That’s why we went back to the drawing board to optimize our flagship GTX Triple Guitar Case.
The result? We have successfully stripped the unloaded weight of the GTX down from 12.8kg to an incredibly agile 11.5kg—all without compromising a single millimeter of structural protection.
The Kaizen of Transit: How We Lost 1.3kg
Out with the dead weight. In with advanced structural geometry.
To achieve this weight reduction, our engineering team audited every square centimeter of the GTX skeleton. We discovered that traditional flight cases rely on excessive, heavy metal reinforcement brackets that add bulk without actually contributing to shock absorption.
By eliminating these unnecessary internal metal parts and optimizing our high-density aluminum frame, we have redistributed the load-bearing paths of the vault.
