What happens if my case is damaged by airline baggage handlers?

Airline baggage handling is genuinely unpredictable, and we won't pretend otherwise - no case is indestructible. What we can tell you is that the vast majority of our cases survive years of touring without significant damage, and that we've designed every component to be user-replaceable: TSA locks, Hinomoto wheels, corner rivets, handles, and straps are all available from our parts store and can be swapped out at home with basic tools. In the rare event of serious damage, contact us at sales@quantumindustries.jp - we make every reasonable effort to support our customers.

Our Q-Series gig bags are specifically engineered to be flight-safe, they feature reinforced padding, structural panels, and protective design elements that go well beyond standard gig bag construction.
